Das Jobe SUP-Board Yarra ist ein echtes Allround-Board. Durch seine kurze und rundliche Form kann es wunderbar manövriert werden und kommt auch mit leichtem Seegang zurecht. Ausgestattet mit der brandneuen "EZ Lock Fin", aus hochwertigen Materialien. Es ist ideal für alle Varianten des SUPens gemacht, egal ob am See, Fluß oder Meer. Wer also noch nicht weiß wo er morgen fahren wird, oder wo es ihn hin verschlägt, ist mit diesem Board bestens ausgerüstet. Großartig auch für Familien mit individuellen Fahrbedürfnissen oder Einsteiger um in den Sport rein zu schnuppern.
Ausreichend Stauraum bietet ein Gepäck-"Netz" vorne.

Das Jobe Yarra wird mit branchenführenden Techniken wie innovativer X-Stitch-Technologie hergestellt. Bei diesem Verfahren wird die Board-Haut auf der Innenseite durch tausende Nylonfäden "verbunden", sodass es stabiler und gleichzeitig leichter wird. Die Heißverklebungstechnologie (*Heat Bonded Technology) bringt zudem mehr Sicherheit durch bessere Qualität der Nähte und des Schichtaufbaus.

Layer up, layer down: what does it mean exactly? It is often confusing what is it all means.
Let us explain in Jip-en-Janneke-taal (a Dutch proverb meaning: let’s keep it simple).
Three different SUP layer-styles
1. Single-layer drop stitch
The single-layer technique is widely used in most (cheaper) boards. With this technique the inside is stitched to a single-layer top and bottom surface, connected by threads. These boards are often lighter. However, disadvantages are the extreme flexibility, the minimal airtightness, less stiffness and bad durability of these boards. These boards are suitable for fun on the water, but not for true performances.
2. Two-layer drop stitch technology
In this technology, the single-layer dropstitch technology is extended with reinforced, handmade and glued PVC. This has a dramatic effect on stiffness – you can inflate the board to a much higher pressure. The shape maintains and the board is way more durable and more airtight. On the other hand, the board is a little heavier because of the use of glue.
3. Heat bonded technology
We engineered our Aero Sup board range with a high density of nylon threads on the inside, fused to a solid PVC-coated base cloth by pre-laminated heat bonded technology. This technology holds that we laminate the drop stitch inside to the second layers with controlled heat performed by a machine, removing all human error and flaws. As we had no interest in producing single layer boards, we took a layer of drop stitch reinforcement to protect the base cloth and a second drop stitch reinforcement layer to strengthen the board to its max. On top of these layers, we use a PVC-coat nylon base to guarantee our Aero’s durability. All layers are well-connected due to thermos-assembled methods performed by high-tech machines under controlled conditions, saving almost 2kg in weight compared to traditional double layer application methods. All these processes together create the perfect blend between shape, looks, durability and weight. Another important fact to add is that Heat Bonded Technology highly reduces the use of glue which is better for the environment.
